John Riley Golf Programs – Terms and Conditions

 

General Agreement (applies to all programs)

By enrolling in a John Riley Golf program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure accountability, consistency, and development that compounds over time. Please read carefully.

 

Commitment Means Progress

Our programs are built for committed athletes ready to train consistently. Coaching sessions are allocated based on your enrollment commitment. By signing up, you agree to show up, stay consistent, and take ownership of your improvement.

 

Commitment Periods

• Learn To Play → 6-month program

• Foundation 6 → 6-month program

• Breakthrough 6 → 6-month program

• Train To Compete → 12-month program

You are entering a contracted commitment for the full program duration. This is not a “month-to-month” arrangement.

 

“Use It or Lose It” Policy

All sessions must be used within the term of your program. Sessions do not roll over to future months or extend past the original program end date.

• 6-month programs (Learn To Play, Foundation 6, Breakthrough 6): Sessions expire after 6 months.

• 12-month program (Train To Compete): Sessions expire after 12 months.

Exceptions may be granted on a case-by-case basis at coach’s discretion.

 

Refund Policy

• No refunds for unused sessions, missed sessions, or early withdrawal.

• Exception: season-ending injuries, where a prorated credit may be offered at coach’s discretion.

 

Billing Options

• Monthly Recurring Billing – auto-charged each month for the duration of the program.

• One-Time Payment – full upfront payment at a discounted rate (if applicable).

 

Monthly Recurring Billing Agreement

Monthly billing is a payment convenience, not a month-to-month arrangement.

By choosing monthly billing, you agree to:

• Authorize John Riley Golf to automatically charge your provided payment method each month for the program duration (6 or 12 months, depending on program).

• No Early Termination: You are responsible for all payments for the full program duration, regardless of usage. Early cancellations will not be refunded.

• Missed Payments: Missed or declined payments may result in suspension of coaching access until the account is brought current.

• End of Term: Monthly billing stops automatically at the end of your program unless you renew or enroll in a new plan.

 

Final Agreement

By enrolling, you agree to these terms and understand this is a non-refundable, time-bound coaching commitment.
